We are educators and advocates who believe that every teacher can re-engage a classroom, every hour of coaching can transform a lesson, and every partnership can build a future where every learner thrives.
At Engaging Every Learner Foundation(EELF), we understand the challenges educators face in today’s classrooms. Post-pandemic, student engagement has become a major hurdle, affecting attendance, work completion, and assessment outcomes.
That’s why we created the three-day virtual learning program designed to equip educators with actionable strategies grounded in Universal Design for Learning (UDL) and neuroscience. Led by experienced facilitators, our program provides tools, protocols, and coaching to help teachers, coaches, and school leaders foster deep, meaningful learning experiences.

Sylvia Rodriguez Douglass, EdD, is the VP of Inclusive Services at Lessoncast. Her background is
in K-12 special education, and she has been a learning specialist/special educator in private and public schools in San Francisco and New York City.
